At BDX Performance, we stand by the quality of our fashion collections and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new arrival isn't the perfect fit, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your BDX Performance account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
